Today we had a lovely day alhamdulilah!
Writing: Students wrote sentences about themselves in shapes (All About Me) so they can paste them in their portfolios.
Reading: students looked for adjectives that describe themselves in magazines. Some students wanted to help others in the class and offered to take a magazine home and look for adjectives which other can use inshaAllah. If your child did not take a magazine home help him/her look for adjectives in any old magazine they can cut up.Math: Math book pages 206 and 207.
Science: We will be starting the Unit on The Types of Energy next week Insha Allah.
Islamic Studies: Students took a worksheet about the Prophet (SAW). Some students will be tested on the tashahud and steps of prayer starting Monday Insha Allah.
Reminders:
- Homework pack (due on Tuesday)
- Read a story
- Spelling test on Monday
- bring back the magazine you borrowed and the adjectives you cut
- If you have not returned your science rubric please do so on Tuesday
