Islamic Studies: students had a chance to talk about Hajj. If you have any stories of the Prophet Ibrahim(a) please send them along to share with the class.
Spelling: Student worked on page 11 in their workbook they wrote letters U, V and W. We are almost done all the alphabet.
Math: students used ten frames to compare numbers to 10. They also had a chance to write numerals. Please do the home connection on page 33 and 34. Please practice with your child. Please do not do work in the work book that is not assigned. If you like to do extra work please do it on a separate piece of paper.

Reminders:
* The Terry Fox run pledge forms were sent home Yesterday. We talked about how to have people sponsor them and practised in class. Keep the forms and money at home till further notice.
* Hot lunch form will be sent today.
